중독학과

하민경 교수는 대한민국의 형사법학자로, 통합적 형사사법 시스템의 구현을 위한 응보적-회복적-치료적 사법에 관하여 주로 연구하고 있다. 고려대학교 법학과를 졸업하였고 동대학원에서 석사 및 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 미국 Washington University in St. Louis 에서 미국법 전공 법학전문석사(LL.M.)학위를 취득하였으며, 미국 뉴욕주 변호사 자격을 보유하고 있다. 이후 대법원 산하 사법정책연구원에서 연구위원으로 재직하면서 여러 비교형사법 연구들을 수행하였다. 2019년 가톨릭대학교 법학과 교수로 임용되었고, 2020년부터는 일반대학원 중독학과에서 법정책 담당 교수로도 활동하고 있다. 하민경 교수의 대표논문으로는 KCI우수등재지인 '법조'에 게재된 "순전한 회복적 사법의 구현으로서 형사조정제도의 전망", 한국법학원에서 발간하는 '저스티스'에 게재된 "스토킹 범죄와 치료적 사법", 대검찰청에서 발간하는 '형사법의 신동향'에 게재된 "위법성조각사유의 전제사실에 대한 착오: 고의설의 실천적 의미와 부활 가능성" 등이 있다. 우리 법제와 외국 법제의 교류를 위해 한국법제연구원 법령번역센터와 함께 우리 형법 조문의 영문 번역을 감수하였고, 한국형사법무정책연구원과 비교형법 공동 연구를 진행하였다. 최근에는 과학기술 발전에 따른 법적 대응에 관심을 가지고 한국법제연구원, 과학기술정보통신부 등과 함께 관련 연구를 수행하고 있다.

Prof. Minkyung Cecilia Ha is a criminal justice scholar in South Korea who focuses on retributive, restorative, and therapeutic criminal justice systems for the implementation of integrated criminal justice. She graduated from Korea University School of Law in 2009, received LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis Law School in 2010, and earned Ph.D. from Korea University Graduate School of Law in 2013. She is a member of the New York State Bar and served as a research fellow at the Supreme Court Judicial Policy Research Institute for over four years, using comparative legal research methods with U.S. law. Since her appointment as a professor of law at The Catholic University of Korea in 2019, she has also been serving as a professor of legal policy for solving addiction problems in the Department of Addiction Studies at the Graduate School of the Catholic University of Korea. Professor Ha's representative articles include "Prospects of the Criminal Conciliation System as an Implementation of Purely Restorative Justice" published in Law Review, the most prestigious KCI honors journal in the field of law. She has also showed her interest in the legal response to the development of science and technology, publishing works on several recent issues with the Korea Institute of Legal Studies and the Ministry of Science and ICT.

저는 가톨릭대학교 사회복지학과 조교수로 재직 중입니다. 저의 학문적, 직업적 경력은 노화와 노인 분야에 지속적으로 집중되어 왔습니다. 제 연구 관심 분야는 사회적 고립, 삶의 질, 정신 건강, 노인을 위한 의료 서비스 제공에 중점을 두고 있습니다.
저는 한국 가톨릭대학교에서 학사 및 교회법 석사 학위를 취득했습니다. 학사와 석사 학위를 받은 후 가톨릭 사제로서 4년간 지역 본당 두 곳에서 근무했습니다. 본당에서 근무하는 동안 더 나은 서비스를 위해 사회복지에 관심을 가졌습니다. 미국 미네소타주 세인트 토마스 대학교에서 석사 학위를 받았습니다. Catholic Charities의 고령화 및 장애 서비스 기관과 중증 영구 정신질환(SPMI) 환자를 위한 버치우드 케어홈에서 사례관리 인턴으로 근무했습니다. 현장 경험을 바탕으로 현재 버지니아 지부에서 공인 사회복지사 자격을 가지고 있습니다. 졸업 후 버지니아 커먼웰스 대학교 박사 과정에 등록했습니다. 제 논문은 종교성과 회복탄력성이 어떻게 문화적 스트레스와 삶의 질 사이의 관계를 매개하는지에 관한 연구입니다. 저는 2023년 5월에 학위를 취득했습니다. 현재 저는 미국 등의 공동저자들과 연구중이며, 지금까지 6개 이상의 SSCI급 저널에 출판하였습니다. 
저는 자기 돌봄을 중요하게 생각하며 가능한 한 많은 시간을 야외활동으로 보내려고 합니다. 저는 여행, 달리기, 산행을 즐깁니다.

Sunghwan Cho is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Work at the Catholic University of Korea. His academic and professional careers have consistently focused on the field of aging and older adults. His research interests focus on social isolation, quality of life, mental health, and the delivery of healthcare services for older adults.
Sunghwan earned his Bachelor and Master of Canon Law from the Catholic University of Korea. After receiving his B.A and M.A, he served two local parishes for four years as a Catholic priest. While serving the parishes, he had interested in social work for better services. He earned his Master of Social Work at University of St. Thomas, MN in the United States. He completed his internship at Catholic Charities Aging & Disability services and Birchwood Care Home for people with SPMI (Serious Permanent Mental Illness) as a case manager intern. Based on the field-based experience, currently he is a licensed social worker at Virginia Chapter. After graduation, he enrolled at the Virginia Commonwealth University Ph.D program. His dissertation centered on the how religiosity and resilience mediate the relationship between acculturative stress and quality of life. He earned the degree in May 2023. He is conducting international collaborative research with the United States, and have published more than 6 papers in SSCI journals. 

상담심리학을 전공하고 한국심리학회 상담심리사 1급(No.84)과 주수퍼바이저 자격을 취득하여 상담 전공생들을 지도하고 있다. 한국상담심리학회 부회장과 가톨릭대학교 상담심리대학원장을 역임했다.  긍정심리 특성이 심리적 고통 극복 과정에 미치는 영향에 대해 관심 갖고 연구하고 있다.  

상담심리학 분야의 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 연구 결과물은 국내뿐만 아니라 국제저명전문학술지(SSCI)에도 왕성하게 게재되고, 인용되고 있다. 2020년 한국상담심리학회 소장학자상을 수상한 바 있으며, 국제공동연구를 활발히 수행하고 있다. 이러한 성과로 가톨릭대학교 연구자 시스템인  PURE에 사회과학 분야 대표 연구자로 홍보되고 있다. 

Boyoung Kim has been conductiong research in the field of counseling psychology, and the research results are actively published and cited not only in Korea but also in international renowned academic journals (SSCI). In 2020, she was awarded the Young Scholar Award of the Korean Counseling Psychology Association and is actively conducting international collaborative research. For these achievements, PURE, a system of researchers at The Catholic University of Korea, is promoting Boyoung Kim as a representative researcher in the field of social science.
