중독학과

하민경 교수는 대한민국의 형사법학자로, 통합적 형사사법 시스템의 구현을 위한 응보적-회복적-치료적 사법에 관하여 주로 연구하고 있다. 고려대학교 법학과를 졸업하였고 동대학원에서 석사 및 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 미국 Washington University in St. Louis 에서 미국법 전공 법학전문석사(LL.M.)학위를 취득하였으며, 미국 뉴욕주 변호사 자격을 보유하고 있다. 이후 대법원 산하 사법정책연구원에서 연구위원으로 재직하면서 여러 비교형사법 연구들을 수행하였다. 2019년 가톨릭대학교 법학과 교수로 임용되었고, 2020년부터는 일반대학원 중독학과에서 법정책 담당 교수로도 활동하고 있다. 하민경 교수의 대표논문으로는 KCI우수등재지인 '법조'에 게재된 "순전한 회복적 사법의 구현으로서 형사조정제도의 전망", 한국법학원에서 발간하는 '저스티스'에 게재된 "스토킹 범죄와 치료적 사법", 대검찰청에서 발간하는 '형사법의 신동향'에 게재된 "위법성조각사유의 전제사실에 대한 착오: 고의설의 실천적 의미와 부활 가능성" 등이 있다. 우리 법제와 외국 법제의 교류를 위해 한국법제연구원 법령번역센터와 함께 우리 형법 조문의 영문 번역을 감수하였고, 한국형사법무정책연구원과 비교형법 공동 연구를 진행하였다. 최근에는 과학기술 발전에 따른 법적 대응에 관심을 가지고 한국법제연구원, 과학기술정보통신부 등과 함께 관련 연구를 수행하고 있다.

Prof. Minkyung Cecilia Ha is a criminal justice scholar in South Korea who focuses on retributive, restorative, and therapeutic criminal justice systems for the implementation of integrated criminal justice. She graduated from Korea University School of Law in 2009, received LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis Law School in 2010, and earned Ph.D. from Korea University Graduate School of Law in 2013. She is a member of the New York State Bar and served as a research fellow at the Supreme Court Judicial Policy Research Institute for over four years, using comparative legal research methods with U.S. law. Since her appointment as a professor of law at The Catholic University of Korea in 2019, she has also been serving as a professor of legal policy for solving addiction problems in the Department of Addiction Studies at the Graduate School of the Catholic University of Korea. Professor Ha's representative articles include "Prospects of the Criminal Conciliation System as an Implementation of Purely Restorative Justice" published in Law Review, the most prestigious KCI honors journal in the field of law. She has also showed her interest in the legal response to the development of science and technology, publishing works on several recent issues with the Korea Institute of Legal Studies and the Ministry of Science and ICT.

저는 가톨릭대학교 사회복지대학원 조교수로 재직 중입니다. 제 연구 관심 분야는 사회적 고립, 중독, 삶의 질, 정신 건강, 노인을 위한 의료 서비스 제공에 중점을 두고 있습니다.

Sunghwan Cho is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Work at the Catholic University of Korea. His academic and professional careers have consistently focused on the field of aging and older adults. His research interests focus on social isolation, , ㅁadditction, quality of life, mental health and the delivery of healthcare services for older adults.

상담심리학을 전공하고 한국심리학회 상담심리사 1급(No.84)과 주수퍼바이저 자격을 취득하여 상담 전공생들을 지도하고 있다. 한국상담심리학회 부회장과 가톨릭대학교 상담심리대학원장을 역임했다.  긍정심리 특성이 심리적 고통 극복 과정에 미치는 영향에 대해 관심 갖고 연구하고 있다.  

상담심리학 분야의 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 연구 결과물은 국내뿐만 아니라 국제저명전문학술지(SSCI)에도 왕성하게 게재되고, 인용되고 있다. 2020년 한국상담심리학회 소장학자상을 수상한 바 있으며, 국제공동연구를 활발히 수행하고 있다. 이러한 성과로 가톨릭대학교 연구자 시스템인  PURE에 사회과학 분야 대표 연구자로 홍보되고 있다. 

Boyoung Kim has been conductiong research in the field of counseling psychology, and the research results are actively published and cited not only in Korea but also in international renowned academic journals (SSCI). In 2020, she was awarded the Young Scholar Award of the Korean Counseling Psychology Association and is actively conducting international collaborative research. For these achievements, PURE, a system of researchers at The Catholic University of Korea, is promoting Boyoung Kim as a representative researcher in the field of social science.
